Hey guys this is some news I read from the ywam base in Perth(where Ill be going back to in Oct.)of whats been going on through Megacities in Mexico City this year.
Aug. 13 2010-"Over a period of 2 days and just 14 hours total, these 16 teams saw over 900 Mexicans give their lives to Christ!! Many of those saved are already organized and are receiving discipleship. Some are even already sharing their faith in turn…multiplication!"
"YWAM staff who were a part of the teams have testified regarding how deep the salvations were. One YWAM Staff member said “After 15 years ministering in YWAM, I’ve almost never seen people this open to received Jesus. In a few hours, together with a local Mexican, we lead three people to the Lord. The level of repentance and commitment within each of these peoples lives was so deep and earnest. And those saved are already within home groups being discipled!”

Sence the beginning of this year sending missionaries to Mexico City there have been over 4,000 SALVATIONS. God is moving. Megacities is a ministry I partnered with from feb-march 2010 while taking the Foundations for Counseling Ministry school in YWAM Perth from Oct. 09-March 2010. I saw first hand the life changing ways God has been moving in Mexico City and now God has called me to go back to take the School of Evangelism where I will be trained and once again partner with Megacities in Mexico City. I am extremly excited to go back and learn to let God move through me in seeing Nations transformed but I also know I cannot get there on my own and still need alot more money to go where God has called me. So regarding support I still need about $3,500 USD for my lecture phase fees. Breaking that down its $2326.28 USD for my course fees; $177.60 USD for my Resource fee, then $958.54 USD for my board and accommodation. Then outreach phase to Mexico City for 3 months may cost anywhere from $4000-$5000 AUD. As you can see that is alot but God would not call me to do something knowing It cant be done, with God all things are possible so I trust Him to provide for me.
